New NLRA Posting Requirement Delayed Until April 30, 2012

Effective April 30, 2012 most private-sector employers must post a new notice issued by the NLRB entitled, “Employee Rights Under the National Labor Relations Act.” We have the additional 11”x 17” poster available here!

New California Labor Code Section 2810.5 New Hire Notice Template Available
On January 1, 2012, employers will be required to provide most non-exempt employees at the time of hire with a written notice of specified basic job terms, including the following information:
